NVIDIA NeMo Relay is a multi-language agent runtime (Rust core, Python/Node bindings) that adds scopes, middleware, lifecycle events, and plugin-based observability to existing agent stacks. It exports ATOF events, ATIF trajectories, and OpenTelemetry traces without changing your framework or app code.
